Enduro* Pizza was founded in Los Angeles by Bryce Buckmaster and Michael Bumblis in 2017. Michael and Bryce met in 2012 and immediately discovered their mutual love of motorcycles, the outdoors, and most importantly food. On their frequent outdoor adventures--often a motorcycle road trip--their discussion often focused on the freedom they felt when off the beaten path, and how they wish there was delicious food that could also travel anywhere. Bryce and Michael have always loved making pizza--especially the creativity and sensory pleasure that comes from working with fresh, high-quality ingredients. They began thinking of the possibility of a mobile pizza kitchen that can handle all the terrain their motorcycles could. They purchased a pizza oven and went to work on making that possibility a reality. From design to execution, they have built a custom-designed trailer with a full-size pizza oven that can go on-or-off-road. Their custom, mobile pizza oven was completed in the summer of 2017. Since then they have been committed to making hot, delicious pizza for any occasion whenever, wherever the road may lead.
Enduro is a form of motorcycle sport run on extended cross-country, off-road courses.
